Construction and refurbishment This Phase include issues such as: - Taking responsibility for knowing the right thing to do, and actually doing the right thing at all times. - Managing all works onsite and providing solutions for technical issues. - Maintaining high quality of workmanship and site efficiencies. - Providing up-to-date progress reports to the Customer. - Taking time to listen to people's individual needs, treating both our customers and our colleagues as we'd like to be treated ourselves.
